Software Site Licenses

The FACS Facility administers the Stanford site license for FlowJo analysis software. To participate in this program you must be affiliated with Stanford University and be able to provide a valid Stanford PTA (Project-Task-Award) number for the account to which this license is to be billed.

Licensing flexibility: Can run FlowJo on up to 4 computers one-at-a-time https://docs.flowjo.com/portal/authorized-devices

To use FlowJo,  you will need to:

1. Complete the Stanford Shared FACS FlowJo request form providing:

Applicant Name and Stanford email, Valid PTA number for billing (format ######-###-xxxxx); PI or PI financial administrator for the PTA

2. Create an account in FlowJo portal using your Stanford email address. 

Shared FACS staff will review the license request list weekly, and send out an invite to the site license. 

If you do not receive an invitation from no-reply@flowjo.com, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you require FlowJo access within that week (before we send an invite to the site license), you can go to www.flowjo.com and start a trial license

Other notes and information for troubleshooting FlowJo downloads and access:

1. FlowJo 9: FlowJo Portal will not allow access to FlowJo version 9. We recommend that all users upgrade to FlowJo version 10.10 or FlowJo version 11.
